Up close with summer students

Some are doing rather well, like the “bear guardian” at Banff, or the student working full-time in labour market policy and planning who invests his savings in the stock market. Not surprisingly, given the high youth unemployment rate (around 14 or 15 per cent), others are scrambling to find a summer job.
